David is fluent in English and Chinese and holds a B.S. Degree in Engineering from Polytechnic University and an M.B.A. from Long Island University, C.W. Post. David offers over 25 years of real estate experience, specializing in short sales, foreclosure resources, and property management, with a focus on residential and commercial real estate. David began his career in real estate in Florida before moving into the New York market and becoming a top producer with his previous real estate firms.

David is deeply entrenched with the Half Hollows Hills School District and volunteers his coaching services to St. Elizabeth Volleyball, Mighty Mites Hockey, Half Hollow Hills Little League, Dix Hills Soccer, and HBC Soccer. David is also a committee member of the SEPTA, PTA, and Special Events Fund Raising Committee for the Half Hollow Hills School District, as well as being a board member for the not-for-profit organization Xtreme Video Gamers Club Ltd. They specialize in club programs for disabled individuals on Long Island.
